Jeffrey Allen

Alum of Cheshire Academy & Connecticut College. Started career working on behalf of professional athletes, helping negotiate pro contracts for international opportunities. From there, began assisting international families with the boarding school selection process. Today, Jeff works with a handful of professional, collegiate, and high school athletes, helping them navigate a “best fit” approach based on each individuals needs, priorities, and personal preference.

Tyrone Nash

Tyrone Nash is a former professional basketball player with over 15 years of international experience across Europe, the Middle East, and South America. A native of New York City, Tyrone played at prep school powerhouse Northfield Mount Hermon before beginning his collegiate career at the University of Notre Dame.

During his time at ND, Tyrone was a two year starter and was also named team captain. Tyrone has built a career combining sports, business and culture. Known for his global perspective, disciplined approach, and relationship-driven mindset, Tyrone brings a championship mentality to every project he leads.

Sunny Piplani

Alum of Choate Rosemary Hall, The Lawrenceville School, and Bates College (team captain). Sunny is CEO of OTC Athlete Management, representing a select group of NBA players and overseeing all off-court ventures including management, partnerships, and brand strategy.

Drawing from his experience at two of the top boarding schools in the country and a strong network across the prep school and athletic landscape, Sunny works closely with families to navigate the boarding school selection process through personalized guidance on school fit, applications, and long-term success.

Adam Berkowitz

Adam Berkowitz is currently the Chief Operating Officer at New Heights Youth, a Sports Based Youth Development organization in Brooklyn, NY. He oversees their College Bound program and has been supporting student-athletes with the college recruiting and admissions process for 25 years.

Adam also has extensive Boarding School relationships and has helped place students at some of the most prestigious schools in the country. A former Managing Editor at the New York Daily News, he is a graduate of Dartmouth College and has his Masters’ degree from Fordham University.
